Revealing The New Weekly Planner For October
🍂 Fall Learning, Folklore & Halloween Fun in Ireland
October is here, and with it comes the new weekly planner! The air is defo crisp adding to the magic of home learning. As homeschoolers in Ireland, this is one of our favourite months — when learning feels alive in every walk, story, and experiment.
This week, our planner blends hands-on autumn science, Irish folklore, creative writing, and maths projects — all inspired by the season and our recent trip to Portugal. We’ll explore how weather changes across countries, why leaves turn golden, and what Samhain really means.
Our theme this week is “Fall, Folklore, and Fun Learning”, and it’s all about connection — to nature, culture, and creativity. From leaf art to Halloween legends, we’ll combine reading, poetry, and science for a beautiful blend of gentle and joyful education.
If you’re homeschooling in Ireland or simply looking for engaging seasonal lessons, this planner is free to use and easy to adapt. Add a little magic to your week and make October memorable!
